Ways of placing orders:

By shopping cart

You can make a full purchase through the shopping cart of the online store
Add products to the cart and confirm the order. Our system will automatically start operating it.

By e-mail

Send the message containing the necessary data to the indicated address. We will confirm the order by replying to your message.

Necessary data to accept the order

For the correct implementation of the order placed with us, it will be necessary to provide the following data:

  • Items with the quantities
  • Phone number
  • E-mail address
  • Delivery address
  • Data for a personal or company invoice

Conclusion of a sales contract

In the case of an order via e-mail the contract is concluded as in the case of orders via the website – when we confirm your order.

Confirmation of placing an order

After placing the order, we send an automatic confirmation of the order in the form of an e-mail. The next step is to confirm the acceptance of the order by our seller. This is done by e-mail during working hours – between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. on business days. In the message sent by our employee you will also find our bank account details or PayPal address, necessary to make the payment for the goods.

If, despite attempts to contact the Customer, we are not able to confirm the order within 5 working days from the date of placing the order, we reserve the right to withdraw from its implementation, which we will inform about using available methods (e.g. by e-mail).

Change of order

After placing the order and receiving the confirmation of its acceptance for execution, it is possible to change the order in the scope of:

  • delivery address
  • method of payment
  • the goods
  • buyer data

In order to change the order, please contact our Sales Department by e-mail.

ATTENTION! Changes are only possible until the package is dispatched from the warehouse (i.e. handed over to the courier).

The above-described right to amend the contract in no way restricts or excludes your right to withdraw from the sales contract in accordance with applicable regulations (information on the right of withdrawal can be found further in the Regulations).

Order cancelation

If you are registered as a customer in the ordering system on our website, you can submit a request to cancel the order using the user panel.

You can also contact our Sales Department via any communication channel available in the Contact tab.

IMPORTANT! When the parcel is released from our warehouse to the courier – we can no longer cancel the order and suspend the parcel.


The prices given for the products, unless otherwise stated, are gross prices, i.e. they include VAT. We reserve the right to change the prices presented on the websites at any time, e.g. in connection with a significant change in exchange rates or a significant change in prices from our suppliers. We will inform about any changes on the website of our store. The changes do not apply to orders in progress submitted and confirmed by our employee.
